The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, I enjoyed every meal at the restaurant. My room was spacious and well-equipped. I found the bar area to be great, the atmosphere was very lively and I enjoyed spending time there.
The pancake machine at breakfast was out of order .

i found best customer service existed. every staff i met was amazing from check in to check out. the front desk staff was professional. restaurant staff was helpful. bar and breakfast teams were attentive. i felt welcomed everywhere.
i only found one slight negative detail. the room felt warm at night. i could not locate a thermostat or fan to adjust the temperature. it made sleeping a little uncomfortable.
